What we hold

All personal data — including names, contact details, event dates and media, including photographs and videos — is treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely.

ART VIDEO never publishes, shares or displays any photograph or video of a bride, a groom or their event, whether online or offline, without their clear written permission.

How it is protected

Our systems are protected using modern security measures to prevent unauthorised access, tampering or data loss. We believe that your special moments belong to you alone, and it is our duty to protect them.

Our promise

By choosing ART VIDEO you are placing your trust in hands that honour tradition, respect your privacy, and guard your memories with the same care as family heirlooms.

Booking and payment

All reservations are confirmed only once a deposit is received. Full payment must be made at least one day before the wedding date. Failure to settle the full amount by the required time may result in cancellation or in services being withheld.

Use of photographs and video

ART VIDEO does not publish, share or post any photograph or video of a wedding without explicit written consent from both the bride and the groom. Your memories are yours alone. We will never use them for promotion or public display unless you grant us permission.

Cancellations and refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within seven days of the wedding date may incur additional fees, depending on the preparation and resources already committed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details. It is the client’s duty to secure access to venues and to ensure that any necessary permissions — such as those for filming or photography — are arranged in advance.

Delivery timeline

Final edited photographs and videos will be delivered according to the timeline agreed upon during booking. Delays caused by unforeseen events, force majeure or technical difficulties will be communicated promptly.

Copyright and usage rights

All media captured remains the intellectual property of ART VIDEO. Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing with family and friends. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without prior written agreement.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to deliver excellent service, we shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as equipment failure, weather or venue restrictions.

Ownership

Every photograph and video taken by ART VIDEO is copyrighted and protected under national and international intellectual property law.

Clients do not own the raw content; they are granted a limited licence to use the final work for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No reposting or public use

Reposting our work on social media, websites or any public platform without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

No third party — guest, vendor, website or social-media account — may share, edit or distribute our work in any form. This includes re-uploading reels, TikToks and Facebook posts, and using our footage in promotional material.

Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our content. Any misuse will be considered a direct violation of our copyright and will be met with legal action. We reserve the right to issue takedown notices and to pursue compensation for any damages caused by infringement.

What clients may do

Clients may view, download and privately share their wedding photographs and videos with friends and family.

If clients wish to share the work publicly — on Instagram or Facebook, for example — a formal request must be submitted. Once approved, proper credit to ART VIDEO must be included.
