These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our wedding photography and videography services. By booking with us or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
- All reservations are confirmed only after a deposit is received.
- Full payment must be completed at least one day before the wedding date.
- Failure to settle the full amount by the required time may result in cancellation or withholding of services.
2. Use of Photos and Videos
- We do not publish, share, or post any photos or videos of weddings without explicit written consent from both the bride and the groom.
- Your memories are yours alone. We will never use them for promotion or public display unless you grant us permission.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the wedding date may incur additional fees depending on the preparation and resources already committed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details.
- It is the client’s duty to secure access to venues and ensure that any necessary permissions (such as for filming or photography) are arranged in advance.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Final edited photos and videos will be delivered according to the timeline agreed upon during booking.
- Delays caused by unforeseen events, force majeure, or technical difficulties will be communicated promptly.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All media captured remains the intellectual property of our studio.
- Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing with family and friends. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without prior written agreement.
7. Liability
- While we take every reasonable precaution to deliver excellent service, we shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as equipment failure, weather issues, or venue restrictions.
